  2. Ramya,

Thanks for an awesome website about our traditional medicine. I do have a question for you. I have a very active 4 year old boy who complains of cramps in his legs and feet. Doctors say it is growing pains and just suggest pain killers. But I think there has to be something to help him. Can you please look into this and let me know ?

  3. Ramya, wonderful websistte! Loved all your posts.
Can I request two things? One is a suggestion and another one question.
Suggestion - Can you please format your posts so all the benefits in a post, start with a new line :)
Question - Are there any recipes to+ improve respiratory strength in a child. My friend's daughter (7yr old) is sensitive and get breathless. we first thought it is allergic reaction to household products, which she is not...medicines I believe are not the solution as they can treat symptomatically... I believe our diet is to be such that helps us to live disease free.
Please suggest is you know any methods/recipes.
