  5. Hello Ramya, do you know of a remedy for low acid in stomach? ACV isn't not helping neither had Tums. The acid feeling is always there. Increases with all foods or drink. Then calms while sleeping.

  6. I would suggest consider taking haritaki as it balances the acid levels in the stomach. You can contact an ayurvedic physician about the dosage and the duration to be taken...

Hi can anybody knows sigiraaku powder?how to called sigiraaku in English or Tamil can anybody help me on this.one of the best head both with sigiraaku.it gives super clear hair.and thik hair feel after every wash and it smells very nice...it is in very lite beautiful green colour.andhra persons and banlore we can get this easily.in childhood I used this.BT after came Chennai they r nt knowing when I asked for sigiraaku Powder.if anyone helps me I never forget them.actually I fed up searching that frm the morning.I so wexed in searching tat

  16. I would suggest applying turmeric poultice made by rubbing a turmeric along with little water on a coarse stone, it works so well for boils....
