Hi Ramya, I am already trying out your horsegram and garlic drink in morning on empty stomach and can see that it helps in fat burning! I am thinking of alternating lemon and horsegram drink. So in winters, do I need to make it fresh everyday if I want to drink it hot or do I make and store in refrigerator and heat in on stove before drinking? And I am wondering why you did not squeeze the lemons?

Hi Ramya! I am curious to know the name of your village. I live in Singapore. I would love to visit your place during my next trip. I have a request for you. Can you suggest remedies to turn grey hair to black hair? If there is no permanent remedy, can you suggest a natural, long – lasting hair dye without henna as an ingredient. Henna only makes my hair orange colour and dry. Cheers!Sundari
