What Is Epsom Salt Foot Soak?
Epsom salt foot soak are nothing but soaking our feet warm water to which Epsom salt is added. Generally Epsom salt foot soak is done with Epsom salt as the main ingredient and together other ingredients like baking soda, herbs, etc.
I had a huge bottle of Epsom salt left in my pantry and I wanted to make something nice with it. Of late I didn’t make any homemade products at all and I thought homemade Epsom salt foot soak would be a good idea.
Epsom salt, sea salt, baking soda, essential oil and food coloring are the ingredients needed for making the foot soak recipe. It is always nice to customize recipes to our liking and this recipe is wonderful for trying out our favorite blend of herbs and essential oils.
I didn’t add any herbs because I didn’t want the herbs poking and disturbing the layers but you can add any dried herbs that you like. I am planning to add fresh herbs from the garden when I am soaking my feet. I thought layering the salts will make great gifts so I tried layering for the first time and I was quite happy with the result though I feel it is far from perfect.
