What Is Neem Juice?
Neem juice is nothing but the juice got by grinding the leaves of neem tree whose botanical name is Azadirachta indica. All parts of neem including the leaves are very bitter so the juice also tastes very bitter.
Neem Juice Benefits:
Neem juice has antioxidant and anticancer properties, helps reduce inflammation, prevents liver damage, helps reduce high blood sugar levels, has antimicrobial properties (anti viral, anti bacterial and anti fungal) and is wonderful for skin and hair care. I prepare neem face serum, neem hair pack, neem giloy tulsi juice and neem face pack at home and they keep us healthy and glowing both internally and externally.
Where To Buy Neem Juice?
It is best to make neem juice fresh at home for best results but if you don’t have access to fresh neem juice, you can buy neem juice from the markets but please remember that almost all of them contain preservatives.
When buying neem juice, look for a natural juice without sugar and don’t bother looking for organic neem juice as no one uses pesticides on neem tree. If you are not able to make the neem giloy and tulsi juice mentioned below, we get it ready made in the markets too but it contains preservatives.
