Few years back, one of my cousins left abroad for 1 year study and when she came back we barely could recognize her. Due to the intense work load she had lost a lot of weight and her skin and hair was affected too.

Here in India we can get fresh carrot juice in most vegetable shops but I would suggest you make it at home for best results. Last time, I ordered a carrot juice from a shop and I was watching them make it. They hadn’t even cleaned the carrot well and I didn’t even feel like drinking it, from then on I always make my own carrot juice at home.
How To Make Carrot Juice At Home:
METHOD:
1. Take 2 carrots, scrape the outer layer. If you are not using organic carrots, cut into small pieces.
2. Peel an orange, separate the segments and remove the seeds.
3. Take the orange, carrots and a small piece of ginger root.
4. Grind in a blender without adding any water.
5. Strain and your wonderful antioxidant rich juice is ready !
